1. 100% Extrait de Parfum Authenticity Guarantee
Every flacon bearing the FIZZA FRAGRANCES crest contains a minimum of 35% pure perfume oil concentration (Extrait de Parfum). We formulate without synthetic water dilution or chemical scent boosters. Each batch undergoes a strict 90-day cold maceration period in darkness before being hand-bottled and sealed with our tamper-evident wax seal.
2. Insulated White-Glove Transit (18°C–22°C)
Pure botanical oils are sensitive to intense thermal fluctuations. All shipments dispatched by FIZZA FRAGRANCES are packaged within custom-insulated thermal mailers with shock-absorbing foam cushions. We provide complimentary tracked shipping on all acquisitions exceeding PKR 5,000 across Pakistan and selected international territories.
3. 14-Day Complimentary Exchange Policy
Each full-size 100ml or 50ml flacon includes a complimentary 2ml matching tester vial. We invite you to wear the tester sample for 48 hours. If the fragrance does not harmonize with your natural skin chemistry, you may return the unopened full flacon within 14 days for a full exchange or store credit.
