How does temperature control preserve the perfume?
Artisanal extraits contain high concentrations of precious natural essences (e.g. Cambodian Oud and French May Rose). We ship in multi-layered insulated foil jackets to protect complex top notes from heat degradation.
What should I do immediately after receiving my bottle?
We recommend allowing your flacon to rest at room temperature (20°C - 24°C) for 6 to 12 hours after unboxing before spraying. This lets the volatile aromatic molecules settle after transport vibrations.
Is an in-person signature compulsory?
Yes, to maintain custody of high-value artisanal fragrances, DHL Express is instructed to require an adult signature. You can authorize a family member or building guard via the Delivery Preferences above.
Can I inspect the fragrance before accepting?
Couriers allow you to inspect the exterior luxury transport casing and wax seal integrity prior to physical sign-off. All orders are covered under our Instant Damage-Replacement Policy.
